mysterydumpling.co.uk is a trading name of Specter Marketing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10946220). We operate as a retailer of third-party novelty collectible toy products. We do not manufacture any of the products sold on this website.

By accessing or placing an order through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

2. Product Safety & Age Restrictions

2.1 All products listed on this website are suitable for children aged 3 and over. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

2.2 Products may contain small detachable parts, soft filling materials, or components that could present a choking or ingestion hazard. These products must be kept out of reach of young children at all times.

2.3 It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any product purchased from this website is stored safely and is not accessible to young children or vulnerable individuals.

2.4 By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and are purchasing in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Third-Party Products & Limitation of Liability

3.1 Specter Marketing Limited acts solely as a retailer of products manufactured and supplied by independent third parties. We do not design, manufacture, test, inspect, or have any involvement in the production of any product sold on this website.

3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Specter Marketing Limited hereby expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any injury, illness, harm, or death caused by the misuse, improper storage, or ingestion of any product purchased through this website;
• Any injury or harm arising from a child or any other person swallowing, inhaling, or otherwise ingesting any product or any component part thereof;
• Any damage to property caused directly or indirectly by any product sold on this website;
• Any defect in the product that arises from the manufacturing process, materials, or design decisions made by the third-party manufacturer;
• Any failure by the purchaser or any third party to follow product safety guidance, age restriction warnings, or storage instructions.

3.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

3.4 Subject to clause 3.3, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.

4. Parental & Guardian Responsibility

4.1 If you purchase products from this website and they are subsequently accessed by a child under the age of 3, full responsibility for the safe supervision and appropriate use of those products rests entirely with the parent or guardian.

4.2 Specter Marketing Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, harm, or adverse outcome resulting from a child accessing products purchased through this website, including but not limited to injury caused by swallowing, choking on, or otherwise misusing any product or component part.

4.3 We strongly advise that all products are stored securely and used under appropriate adult supervision for children under 3 years of age.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5.2 Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5.3 Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5.4 A contract of sale is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch where items are found to be out of stock, incorrectly priced, or unavailable.

6. Delivery

6.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6.2 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for loss or damage occurring after delivery.

6.3 We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, United States, Canada, and Australia. We reserve the right to amend available shipping destinations at any time.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the products are returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

7.2 As products are sold as mystery blind-box items, the nature of the mystery reveal means that once a product has been opened and the contents revealed, the product cannot be returned solely on the basis that you are dissatisfied with the character or variant received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7.3 If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7.4 To initiate a return, please contact us at our support page with your order number and details of the issue.
